Multidisciplinary Approach
The need for a breast biopsy can be stressful and overwhelming. In order to improve the care we provide for our patients, the Health First Breast Center utilizes a multidisciplinary approach to offer "under one roof" testing, consultation and support for our patients. By employing a multidisciplinary approach we are able to provide our patients with optimal outcomes.
All members of the multidisciplinary team are committed to providing you and your caregivers the highest quality of care and attention during your time with us.
The Benefits of a Multidisciplinary Approach
- One team of specialists collaborating under one roof
- Quicker treatment
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Access to a full support team
- Personalized treatment plan from diagnosis to recovery
The multidisciplinary team brings those specialists together to evaluate each patient's case and then to meet individually with the patient to discuss treatment options. So a process that might otherwise take weeks is reduced and treatment can begin quickly.
